Prospect Rural Fire Protection District was established in 1953. The district is located less than a mile from the High Cascades Ranger Station and Twenty miles from Crater Lake National Park. Our three firehouses are situated in the small community of Prospect, Oregon, and are surrounded by the beautiful forest lands of Southern Oregon. We operate on a fully volunteer status and are always seeking new volunteers.
We thank you for your continued support!!
Prospect RFPD is proud to bring PulsePoint to our community!
PulsePoint is a free to use application, for both your phone and computer, that keeps you informed of emergent occurrences in your community. Customized notifications will alert you of urgent situations in your area using regional 911 dispatch information. Examples of alerts that can be received are CPR needed, motor vehicle collisions, fires, hazardous waste spills and natural disasters. PulsePoint is just one more way we are proudly keeping you safe!
